The Chariot With Rotating Blade In Baahubali Was Powered By Royal Enfield Engine
You have got the most awaiting answer, “Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali” by the recently released Baahubali 2 –The Conclusion. In fact, the movie was awesome and got record break earning which still on for some more records to come. But, it was not just one secret that was revealed in “The Conclusion” rather there was an untold fact which was revealed by the production designer Sabu Cyril of the Baahubali series that the battlefield chariot with rotating blade of Bhallaladeva was powered by Royal Enfield engine.

The revelation came after the release of the Baahubali 2 –The Conclusion. Cyril is the production designer of the movie series and in an interview given to a private channel, he said that that the chariot was made using the Royal Enfield engine so that it will get the required power and speed. However, it is not clear that which engine of Royal Enfield was used in the chariot. Currently, the RE has four engines to offer which include 350 cc and 500 cc which are used in Classic and Thunderbird model and 535 cc and 411 cc which are used in Continental GT and Himalayan model.

According to the expert, the engine of Classic model -350 cc or 500 cc may have been used in the chariot. As these engines are easily available and they produces ample output power. RE Classic 350 has a single-cylinder motor which churns out 20 bhp of power and 28 Nm of high peak torque while the RE Classic 500 which has also single-cylinder motor is powered by 27.2 bhp of power and 41.3 Nm of peak torque.

In fact, Baahubali 2 has no record left to break and has been getting unbreakable milestones day in day out. The budget of the movie was 250 crore and it earned 1000 crore worldwide so far. And, you may know that from total of 1000 crore, 800 crore is from domestic earning only.
